Background in Carpentry

My carpentry journey began at the age of 17, when I started working for a ship-building family in Kennebunkport. While I transitioned to a career in facilities management in my thirties, carpentry has always been my true passion. This enduring connection with carpentry has continually fueled my spirit and dedication to the craft.

Facilities Management Experience

In facilities management, I began as a building technician and advanced to the role of Director of Facilities. Through this progression, I gained in-depth knowledge of building components and the skills required to repair them. This experience has been invaluable, enabling me to provide high-quality services throughout your home’s systems.

Extensive Experience

With over 30 years in facility management and construction, I offer extensive expertise. I have overseen building operations, monitored contractor performance, and managed maintenance of equipment such as HVAC, fire protection, security systems, electrical and plumbing, landscaping, snow removal, and recycling programs.
